You retain ownership of any resume, job description, or other content you submit to Onsight Pro. By submitting content, you grant Onsight Pro a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.
Onsight Pro uses artificial intelligence to generate interview prep content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The Service is provided for informational and preparation purposes only and does not constitute career, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the output.
The Onsight Pro name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are proprietary to Onsight Pro. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Onsight Pro intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONSIGHT PRO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
