Content you provide: Job descriptions, resume text or PDF uploads, and company information you submit to generate a prep kit
Email address: If you join our waitlist or create an account
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns (anonymized)
Technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and referring URL for security and performance purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Generate your personalized interview prep kit
Send product updates and early access notifications (email only, with your consent)
Improve the quality and accuracy of our AI outputs
Maintain the security and performance of the platform
Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Process Your Resume and Job Data

Your resume and job description content is transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your prep kit. This content is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers after your session ends. We do not use your personal resume data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service, including:

Anthropic: AI processing of your content to generate prep kits
Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
Email providers: For waitlist and transactional communications
Payment processors: For subscription billing (when applicable)

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you are subscribed to communications from us. Session content (resume, JD) is not retained after your session ends. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure API handling, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Onsight Pro is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
